Join to apply for the 2026 Grad Program, Software Engineering role at Bending Spoons.

At Bending Spoons, we aim to build one of the all‑time great companies by serving many customers, enabling team growth, achieving high levels of effectiveness, and upholding strong ethical standards. We invest in our platform and operations to create value and drive growth.

This is an exclusive opportunity for top students on track to graduate between December 2025 and December 2026 to learn, make an impact, and accelerate their career at an exceptionally high rate.

Responsibilities

  • Master your toolkit. Work across diverse tech stacks to refine the ability to choose the right tools for each challenge. From monoliths to microservices, gRPC to REST APIs, Kubernetes to Docker, Python to Rust—understand purpose over trends to unleash full potential.
  • Build stuff that matters. You’ll have autonomy and ownership from ideation to execution, building software from the ground up and evolving code into a product used at scale.
  • Simplify relentlessly. Turn complexity into simplicity by optimizing CI/CD pipelines, writing maintainable code, and crafting minimalist architectures for scalable, future‑proof solutions.

What we look for

  • Reasoning ability. Solve complex problems from first principles, structure ideas sharply, resist biases, and focus on details that matter.
  • Drive. Ambitious, proactive, with a high standard for their work and continuous improvement.
  • Team spirit. Support the best idea, help your team, and be reliable, honest, and transparent.
  • Proficiency in English. Read, write, and speak proficient English.

What we offer

  • Incredibly talented, entrepreneurial teams. Small, autonomous teams working with bright colleagues.
  • An exceptional opportunity for growth. We hire individuals with outstanding potential and place them to thrive on major projects.
  • Competitive pay and equity. Salary bands vary by location and experience, with potential equity options; relocation benefits may apply in some cases.
  • All. These. Benefits. Flexible hours, remote work options, learning budgets, health insurance, relocation support, parental leave, and annual retreats.
