An opportunity has arisen for a 2–3 PQE Residential Property Solicitor—or a CILEX-qualified lawyer with the right experience—to join a highly respected boutique practice in London’s West End.

This firm, known for its longstanding client relationships and quality-driven approach, is seeking an assured and personable lawyer to take on a key role within its well-established property team.

The Role:

You will manage a varied caseload of residential transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, refinancing, and new build matters. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll guide a loyal client base of individuals, families, and investors through the entire transaction lifecycle. The role is ideally suited to someone comfortable working with minimal supervision and delivering proactive, commercially sound advice.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• 2–3 years’ PQE (or be CILEX-qualified with relevant experience) in residential conveyancing
• A confident and professional manner when advising clients, including HNW individuals
• The ability to manage complex transactions independently with a focus on detail and service
• A warm, client-centric approach and excellent communication skills
