24 Month - Finance Project Manager (Service Charge)
We are looking for an experienced finance professional to take the lead on our Service Charge Project at Salix Homes.
About the role
This is a 24-month fixed term contract within our Finance team, focused on delivering a comprehensive review of service charges with the key aim of reducing the annual deficit Salix currently faces. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the project from stakeholder engagement and financial analysis through to project planning, reporting, and delivery.
The role - What You'll be doing
Root and branch review of service charges with the intended outcome to reduce the annual deficit Salix currently faces
Develop relationships with multiple stakeholders inside and outside of the organisation
Create and maintain essential project documentation and plan
Report progress on resources, scope, and timeline to stakeholders
What we’re looking for
Finance professional driven to improve services and self-motivated
Effective communicator who can provide financial advice and guidance at all levels
Strong service charge experience in the social housing sector
What we offer as compensation
Annual Salary up to £52,413 + Market supplement of £3,587 (£56,000)
Up to 34 days holiday (starting 27 days and 1 day extra for each year of service) and bank holidays
