Are you an experienced IT Support Engineer looking to take ownership of projects and technical delivery within a growing MSP? This could be the perfect next step for you!

The Role

As a 2nd/3rd Line IT Support Engineer, you’ll play a key role in delivering IT projects, handling escalations, and ensuring smooth service delivery for a range of customers. You’ll manage and deliver Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, perform on-site and remote support, and contribute to improving systems, documentation, and customer experience.

This is a varied and hands-on role that combines project delivery with high-level technical support.

Our client is a fast-growing Managed Service Provider with a strong technical foundation and a culture built on growth, collaboration, and innovation. They offer a fantastic environment for engineers who want to make a real impact.

The position is primarily remote with some work from their Oxford offices, and client site visits as required.

What’s Required?

The ideal candidate will have:

• Solid experience in 2nd or 3rd Line IT Support, ideally within an MSP environment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server technologies alongside networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls)
• The ability to deliver projects and manage customer change requests
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

A valid UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK are essential.
