We are a custom product engineering company that supports multinational organisations and scaling startups to solve their most complex business challenges.About the role: As an Account Director, you will be accountable for the strategic direction, overall growth, profitability, and client satisfaction across your portfolio. You’ll collaborate closely with delivery, commercial, and technical leadership teams to ensure high‑value services are delivered on time, within budget, and help create trusted partnerships where Ciklum delivers large‑scale innovation and digital platforms to support the growth of our clients across the Travel & Hospitality space.Responsibilities:Define and own the strategic Account / Portfolio Plan, ensuring long‑term growth through deep client and market understandingBuild and lead strong, sustainable C‑level relationships with client stakeholdersChampion and drive technology and digital transformation initiatives at a strategic levelAct as a senior leader across internal matrix teams (delivery, commercial, technical, marketing), promoting collaboration to meet client needsEnsure the highest standard of account governance and proactively manage risks and escalationsDrive client satisfaction, commercial growth, and profitability across accountsLead senior‑level opportunities through all stages of the sales lifecycle — from identification to deal closure and deliveryMaintain high‑quality pipeline and CRM hygiene in line with Ciklum’s sales process and reporting expectationsOwn and manage the full account‑level P&L, contracts, invoicing, and commercial governanceRequirements:10‑15 years in senior client‑facing roles such as Account Director, Client Partner, or similar, ideally within technology solutions / IT services / digital consultancyStrong domain knowledge of the Travel and Hospitality sector in the UK and relevant operational and digital trendsProven track record managing C‑level relationships and driving large‑scale transformation dealsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and executive presentation skillsStrong leadership and team collaboration skills in complex, matrix environmentsExperience managing account‑level financials (P&L), contracts, and revenue targetsFamiliarity with onshore, nearshore, and offshore delivery modelsStrong commercial acumen and ability to develop high‑value propositionsA self‑starter mindset, with a passion for growth, ownership, and continuous improvementPersonal skills:Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial energyStrong influencing and relationship‑building capabilitiesHighly motivated, results‑driven, and collaborativeAbility to operate independently while fostering team successMature, responsible, and people‑oriented leaderWhat’s in it for you?Attractive compensation packageCareer development in a successful, high‑growth company with a unique market offeringA dynamic environment backed by Private Equity, promoting agility and innovationLearning, development, and professional growth opportunitiesExplore, empower, engineer with Ciklum!
