Covering sites across London and Southampton, this is a high-profile role requiring a proven leader who can combine operational excellence with strong client engagement and commercial expertise.This position offers the opportunity to lead a large, multi-service team, deliver innovative solutions, and build long-term client relationships within a dynamic corporate environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of integrated FM services across the contract, ensuring excellence and consistency.Build and maintain strong senior-level relationships with the client, acting as the principal point of contact.Provide leadership to 4 direct reports and a workforce of 120 staff across cleaning, catering, reception, and hard services.Ensure full compliance with statutory, health & safety, and company standards.Take ownership of financial performance, contract budgets, and service delivery KPIs.Drive innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives.Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.About YouExperienced FM professional with a proven track record as an Account Director or senior contract lead.Skilled in managing complex, multi-site contracts within a corporate environment.Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and deliver financial performance.Demonstrable experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams.Excellent communicator with strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.Knowledgeable in health, safety, and statutory compliance within facilities management.Package & Benefits£85,000 base salary£8,000 car allowance5% bonusPrivate healthcareDental planTravel expenses26 days holiday + bank holidaysHybrid working model (1–2 days WFH per week)Glenn SteedTo Apply for this Job Click Here #J-18808-Ljbffr
