That means one day you could be leading organic strategy for a brand, launching a TikTok influencer campaign, or driving growth for global brands on TikTok Shop.
What you’ll be doing
Lead overall TikTok strategy for key clients – focusing on organic growth, storytelling, communities and recurring formats.
Be the senior strategic partner for your clients – lead client relationships, run strategic sessions, performance reviews and ensure TikTok aligns with wider brand goals.
Set the direction for influencer and creator activity – decide when and how creators should be involved, approve suggested creators and oversee campaign approach.
Shape TikTok Shop strategy where relevant – use organic content, creators and live formats to drive growth.
Oversee content output from your client team – ensure briefs are sharp, creators stay on‑brand and the final content is something you’re proud to put live.
Identify new opportunities for client growth – reactive cultural moments, influencer partnerships, long‑term series or new TikTok features worth testing.
Lead and develop your team – support Account Managers and Execs, set standards, provide feedback and help them grow into strategic thinkers.
Support new business and pitches – help shape proposals, lead parts of pitches and show prospective clients how we grow brands on TikTok.
Skills, Experience and Characteristics
Good understanding of TikTok and wider social media platforms – content formats, communities, trends, algorithms and how brands grow organically.
Agency experience with a track record of managing successful accounts.
Senior client contact – existing experience leading calls, setting direction and building trusted relationships.
Confident challenging ideas – make strategic recommendations and keep clients focused on long‑term growth, not just single posts.
Team management – setting expectations, mentoring and helping others grow.
Exceptionally organised – comfortably manage multiple clients, deadlines and creative production workflows.
Calm under pressure – proactive with solutions and adaptable when TikTok (or clients) change direction quickly.
Hours
Monday – Thursday 9am – 5.30pm
Friday 9am – 4.30pm

Step 2: Screening Call – A 20–30 minute chat with our People & Talent team to get to know you and answer any initial questions.
Step 3: First Interview – Conversation with your potential manager – diving into your experience, how you think about TikTok and client relationships.
Step 4: Second Interview + Task – Complete a small strategic or creative task and present it back to your potential manager and the Chief Content Officer.
