BOOM! is an independent European-based, healthcare communications agency that partners with our clients to build brands, educate audiences and drive advocacy. BOOM! strives to be the best agency our clients (or you!) will ever work with. We are dedicated to always delivering work that we are proud of and ensuring that the journey is an enjoyable one.
We’re committed to developing our business without compromise to our team or our clients. We will maintain our integrity, quality of work and the experience we provide because we know that success is built on long‑term partnerships, and careers that grow.
Our core values are key to everything we do. We believe in achieving TOGETHER through:
Experience – We believe in diversity of thought. Growing our collective experience through seamless teamwork. Ideas are encouraged
Skill – Providing the right skills at the right time

The candidate will be mature and experienced within the healthcare agency environment.
BOOM! has its HQ in Bournemouth, UK, with offices in London (Holborn), Copenhagen and Bristol. We believe that working together in person brings huge benefits to personal growth and success of the agency, but recognise that travel to the office is not necessary every day. Therefore, we work in a hybrid fashion with people working with a mix of days in the office and at home.

Working Hours
Our working week is 37.5 hours with core hours of 08:45–17:30 and an hour break for lunch, but we try to have flexibility where needed as long as it doesn’t negatively impact other team members.
We tend to start our days with an 08:45 am Teams call, which is a mix of catch‑up and alignment for the day. We think it’s important to get a connection to the team and so we broadly take the time to relax into the day with focus. We don’t do timesheets!
As with most/all elements at BOOM! we win together, we lose together. Most importantly we do it TOGETHER.
