The role will specifically act as an Account Director for existing accounts within the sector.Account Director (Hospitality Consultant) –Client Growth & Retention (with weekly travel to London and surrounding areas)Are you a commercially astute relationship-builder who thrives on helping clients unlock value and achieve measurable results? If so, this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of major client portfolios in the hospitality and services sector.The RoleAs Account Director, you will be the primary point of contact for key client accounts, with full responsibility for their performance, retention, and growth. This role is about much more than account management — it’s about being proactive, creative, and solutions-focused, ensuring clients see tangible value every step of the way.You’ll bring industry insight, commercial acumen, and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders, while driving organic growth through strong engagement and added-value initiatives.Regular weekly travel across London and the surrounding area will be expected, with occasional national travel when required.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the trusted advisor to senior stakeholders within client organisations.Take full ownership of client relationships, ensuring delivery of all contractual commitments and SLAs.Identify opportunities to drive organic growth and expand category spend.Proactively address challenges, find solutions, and deliver commercial improvements.Share industry insights, market updates, and recommendations to strengthen client performance.Lead regular review meetings and ensure client satisfaction at every stage.Work cross-functionally with internal teams to design and implement solutions that meet client needs.About YouYou’ll be an engaging and strategic account leader who is passionate about driving client success while achieving growth targets.
