Meritt is excited to present a unique opportunity for a Strategic Account Executive to join a product-led SaaS company with 40M+ users and thousands of enterprise accounts already engaged. Backed by a CRO with three successful startup exits, this is your chance to help build a true enterprise sales motion from the ground up—at a moment of huge momentum and global growth.
This role is ideal for someone who has helped a SaaS business scale from $10M–$20M ARR, knows how to turn a tactical product into a strategic must-have, and thrives in full-cycle, high-value sales.
About the Role
- Role: Strategic Account Executive (Mid-Market / Enterprise Focus)
- Location: London-based, hybrid (3 days/week in-office)
- Reports to: CRO

What You’ll Be Doing
- Run full-cycle sales across mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Work with a dedicated SDR to build pipeline through strategic outbound
- Expand small land deals into 100+ seat deployments
- Sell into L&D, Comms, HR, and Innovation teams
- Reframe buyer mindset from “optional” to “essential”
- Own deal strategy, messaging, and stakeholder engagement
- Feed learnings back into the wider GTM engine
Success in Year One Looks Like:
- Hit or exceed £750k ARR
- Help double the average deal size in your vertical
- Become a go-to expert in the team for creative outbound, discovery, and expansion
- Advance key deals through elite discovery and value building
What You Bring
- You’ve worked in aSaaS business at the $10M–$20M ARR stage
- You’ve sold a “nice-to-have” product and made it a must-buy
- You know how to runelite discoveryand unlock hidden expansion
- You’ve done this successfully inat least two companies
- You’ve closed deals in the £50k–£100k+ range
- You’re confident working outbound, shaping value, and owning the process
- US selling experience is a bonus, but not essential
