What you’ll be doing

  • Owning the full sales cycle - from generating pipeline to closing enterprise deals
  • Driving outbound activity and running tailored product demos
  • Managing complex stakeholder relationships through to handover with Customer Success
  • Representing the brand at industry events and networking opportunities
  • Staying ahead of industry trends and becoming a subject matter expert
  • Collaborating closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Product teams
  • Sharing insights and helping the team win through knowledge sharing and mentorship

What they’re looking for

  • 3+ years’ full-cycle software sales experience, ideally with enterprise deals
  • Proven success engaging senior stakeholders and navigating complex sales cycles
  • Strong verbal, written, and negotiation skills — especially around enterprise contracts
  • Hunter mentality with resilience, drive, and attention to detail
  • Results-focused with a bias towards action
  • Construction tech or adjacent industry experience is a bonus
  • Fully remote - work from anywhere in the UK
