What you’ll be doing
- Owning the full sales cycle - from generating pipeline to closing enterprise deals
- Driving outbound activity and running tailored product demos
- Managing complex stakeholder relationships through to handover with Customer Success
- Representing the brand at industry events and networking opportunities
- Staying ahead of industry trends and becoming a subject matter expert
- Collaborating closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Product teams
- Sharing insights and helping the team win through knowledge sharing and mentorship
What they’re looking for
- 3+ years’ full-cycle software sales experience, ideally with enterprise deals
- Proven success engaging senior stakeholders and navigating complex sales cycles
- Strong verbal, written, and negotiation skills — especially around enterprise contracts
- Hunter mentality with resilience, drive, and attention to detail
- Results-focused with a bias towards action
- Construction tech or adjacent industry experience is a bonus
- Fully remote - work from anywhere in the UK
