What you’ll be doing

A senior role within the sales team, focused on driving growth for a recruitment platform used by agencies across the UK. You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle, from first outreach to close.

• Manage deals end to end – outreach, demo, proposal, and close
• Run tailored product demos that speak to real customer challenges
• Build and maintain your own pipeline
• Forecast accurately and keep the CRM clean
• Collaborate with onboarding to ensure a smooth handover
• Define and map your own territory and target accounts
• Feed into and improve internal sales processes

What you’ll bring

• Proven SaaS sales experience, ideally within recruitment, HR tech, or platforms like ATS or CRM
• A consultative approach – focused on solving real problems, not just selling features
• Empathy and curiosity – you genuinely care about helping customers work better
• Ability to learn quickly – the product evolves fast
• Confidence in storytelling – able to make solutions feel relevant and clear
