What they need from you:

• A genuine passion for building a long-term career in the industry.
• Industry qualifications such as Cert CII or a commitment to obtaining them.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance.
• Ability to provide responsive, first-class service to clients.
• Excellent communication and administrative skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage your own workflow.
• Proficiency with technology and software, including MS Office and Outlook.
• Knowledge of broking processes, regulatory standards, and FCA compliance rules.
• Experience with insurance client systems; familiarity with Acturis is a plus.
