We are looking for an energetic and drivenJunior Account Manager / Account Management Associate to work with and drive growth from our important base of volume accounts. We are powering the makers of a zero-carbon future. Used in 170+ countries, One Click LCA is the leading end-to-end sustainability platform for construction and manufacturing. The AI-powered software decarbonises and drives sustainability across the construction value chain with scientific, easy-to-use, automated life-cycle assessment (LCA) and environmental product declarations (EPDs) to calculate and reduce the environmental impacts of building, infrastructure, and renovation projects and products.
You will join a supportive, effective, and mission-oriented team in a flexible, friendly and international work environment and have a great deal of autonomy in your role. There will be a chance to own and drive processes, as well as work alongside supportive senior colleagues.
This full-time, permanent position is available on a remote basis for candidates based in the UK / Nordics / EU.
What you will do:
- You will lead our efforts to retain and grow our important and large volume customer base, driving our Gross and Net Revenue retention with this cohort
- Efficiently and effectively manage a large number of renewals per month, ensuring they are processed in a transparent and timely manner and growth opportunities are maximised
- Process and maximise expansion opportunities from your accounts
- Use the data at your disposal and work closely with CS Ops to proactively identify customers at risk of churn and work across teams to find solutions to retain them
- Execute the playbook for retention, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and best results for One Click LCA
- There are plenty of opportunities to drive improvements in the way we retain and grow our volume customer base. You will be expected to seize them and be a changemaker for the better
What you need:
- You have experience in B2B SaaS, ideally working in Customer Success, Operations, Sales or Account Management positions previously
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to focus on the highest value activities to drive NRR and customer outcomes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, ideally with experience of using Salesforce CRM
- Data-driven and detail-oriented. You use the data at your disposal to identify insights and come up with plans to act on them
- You are proactive and creative. Each customer is different, and you love figuring out how to utilise our playbook to get results
- You are happy picking up the phone to customers as a way to drive retention or expansion
- You are metrics-driven. You thrive on challenging individual and team targets Experience in LCA, building sustainability or embodied carbon-related fields is not essential but would be beneficial
