VodafoneThree - Account Manager

Location: 450 Longwater Avenue, Reading + Hybrid

Duration: 9 months FTC

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Three benefits

Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – core hours between 10.00am and 4.00pm (as applicable)

What You’ll Do

• Plan projects in advance, working with the creative director and resource manager to assign responsibilities, plot milestones and identify risks & dependencies. Advise on risks and present options. Ensure learnings from previous projects are applied.
• Track timing plans, keep them updated, ensure the project team is informed. Enforce disciplined delivery and adapt processes as needed. Identify and resolve challenges early. Support projects in production by managing feedback rigorously but sensitively. Demonstrate passion for the work and openness to diverse ways of working.
• Maintain knowledge of time and budget progress. Monitor the budget against objectives and scope. Flag potential over-burn early and strive for efficiency through smarter ways of working.
• Deliver quality under tight deadlines, build strong relationships across the IHA team and with marketing and other roles that brief the IHA. Help the team work efficiently and record time in REBUS. Promote respectful collaboration across functions and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Apply understanding of brand portfolio and creative ambition to support agreed ways of working. Use internal systems, tools and processes to excel and maintain appropriate time recording.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing multi-channel creative campaigns.
• Strong commercial tracking and ability to drive big ideas with stakeholders, creatives and producers.
• In-depth knowledge of the creative and design process and an understanding of production.
• Ability to take and interpret creative briefs and translate media schedules to service the creative process.
