About the Role

Do you have experience as an Account Manager within the Energy Sector? Do you have excellent relationship-building skills? If so, we’re looking for an Account Manager to join our team here at EDF!

The Opportunity

As an Account Manager within our Large Business Sales team at EDF Business Solutions, you will manage a portfolio of complex, high-value electricity supply customers. Your responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities and growing existing accounts.

You will become an energy expert, discussing contractual terms, industry regulation, and market developments impacting your portfolio. The role involves building relationships with key channel partners and their high-profile customer organizations.

Supporting and learning from our team of Senior Account Managers, you’ll help identify innovative solutions to improve service and create value for our customers, channel partners, and the company.

Focusing on our transactional flex portfolio, you will be accountable for all customer-related activities and lead sales planning and delivery in line with governance frameworks.

What You’ll Be Doing

Who You Are

You will have strong communication skills, able to build effective relationships with stakeholders. You should understand complex contract structures and articulate EDF’s offerings clearly.

Collaboration across internal teams, motivation, initiative, and independence are essential. You should be proactive in researching customer needs, industry trends, and new business opportunities.

Knowledge of the energy industry and contracting is beneficial, but a willingness to learn is equally important.
