What will you be doing?

Firstly, build real and meaningful relationships with our customers. It’s about developing a strategy in partnership with our leadership that provides the best possible service, keeping our customers and patients at the center of what we do. This role will work with our Orthopaedics customers, ensuring that product availability meets their needs and the needs of the patient.

What does success look like?

Success in the role will be determined by revenue and an improved service provision and efficiency in our business interactions with our customers. It involves taking strategic responsibility for your area, working with customers to deliver for our patients. The role should maximise sales revenue across the geography and may impact existing and new accounts to proactively drive growth.

Responsibilities and qualifications

Successful candidates would need the following:

  • Experience developing and managing complex accounts in the medical device industry
  • Strong relationship building skills with clinical and non-clinical partners
  • Strong business development background with experience identifying and winning new accounts within a private hospital or NHS environment
  • Ability to continuously stay up-to-date with developments related to your customers
  • Think like a business owner – assess territory and the relevant franchise market to identify emerging trends and movements
  • Valid UK Driving License

Travel requirements: 75% Domestic
