Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with Atlassian’s largest, most strategic customers in the EMEA North region.
- Drive retention, expansion, and revenue growth across our product suite.
- Collaborate with global sales teams on account planning, opportunity management, and strategic initiatives.
- Accelerate revenue growth and manage high-value renewals/expansions
- Own end-to-end sales cycles and identify, lead and close cross-sell/up-sell opportunities
- Build senior/executive relationships (virtual and in-person)
- Analyze accounts for growth and risk, and proactively address issues
- Partner with sales and cross-functional teams to drive account success
- Maintain deep product knowledge and communicate updates to customers
- Forecast and report on your book of business
- 7+ years in account management, sales, customer success, or related fields
- Strong relationship-building skills across diverse cultures
- Consistent record of exceeding performance targets
- Experience with high-value, enterprise customer engagements
- Skilled in managing complex, end-to-end sales cycles
- Proven success selling Enterprise SaaS globally
- Experience with Channel Partners & GSIs for account growth
- Deep understanding of the SaaS customer journey and risk management
- Proficient with Slack, Salesforce, Clari, and Tableau
- Strong data analysis skills for identifying opportunities and forecasting growth
