Overview
We’re hiring for an Account Manager!
You will play a crucial role in managing print & email campaigns for one of Digitas’ largest UK clients. You’ll be responsible for coordinating end-to-end campaigns, building client relationships, and ensuring high-quality delivery — all in support of our mission to deliver best-in-class digital storytelling through collaboration across Publicis Groupe agencies.

Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing
Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a key contact across content and campaign projects
Brief, execute, and deliver campaigns, working closely with internal teams and clients
Work with Creative, Strategy, and Data teams to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery
Lead client meetings and provide regular updates through internal stand-ups and status meetings
Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret briefs, challenge ideas when necessary, and shape strong creative outputs
Track financials and manage budgets across multiple content projects
Qualifications
Skills we’re looking for
Experience in a digital or creative agency, ideally with exposure to print campaigns
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with precision
Confident in interpreting briefs, giving feedback, and managing client expectations
- Ability to understand customer data, and comfortable presenting campaign results to clients
Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset across departments
A commercially minded team player who can track budgets and add value to project planning
An Account Executive ready to step up — or an established Account Manager looking to grow with a larger client and agency team
