Key Account Manager – Electro-Mechanical – South/South West

Location: Hampshire or Buckinghamshire Office – 2 days per week, with a minimum of 3 days of customer visits.

Hours: 8:30 – 17:00

Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE plus Bonus and Commission scheme and company car.

1to1 Group is recruiting a Key Account Manager for our client's sales team. The successful candidate will oversee sales development in the South, South West, and Home counties.

The role is primarily office-based at Buckinghamshire or Winchester Hampshire, with a flexible work-from-home policy for emergency childcare or similar needs.

Requirements include experience in B2B sales, preferably with a technical background in electromechanical products, and excellent communication skills for building long-term relationships.

Responsibilities:

1. Account management of 100+ key customers within the territory.
2. Develop and create new business opportunities.
3. Maintain and develop good customer relationships, understanding their projects.
4. Prepare sales strategies and value propositions.
5. Follow up on potential sales leads within a team.
6. Ensure regular customer visits to maintain high service levels and stay updated on new designs and products.
7. Forecast sales revenues for the territory.
8. Achieve or surpass sales targets as per the sales plan.

Skills:

• B2B Sales and Account Management
• Electro-Mechanical, Electro-Components, or Electronics Distribution background
• Proven experience in creating new business opportunities
• Experience in exceeding sales targets
