The Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Manager to join our team on a 9-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in client relationship management, and has a passion for delivering innovative global creative campaigns. 

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Campaign Planning & Execution: Oversee the development and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Project Management: Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal team members to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
• Financial Management: Oversee invoicing, forecasting, and budget management to ensure financial accuracy and profitability. Track client budgets and process invoices in a timely manner.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in an account management role within a marketing, advertising, or digital agency.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies, digital platforms, and campaign management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a passion for delivering results.
