Scope of Role
We are currently seeking to appoint an Account Manager within our CSO team, this new role is ideal for those who want to develop a career in Sales and have an existing track record in building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
The Account Manager will be responsible for developing relationships with our growing customer base. You will be their point of contact and their advocate within the Customer Success Office. Your duties will include:
- Conducting regular business reviews & customer meetings
- Providing detailed proposals for new requirements
- Introducing new products and services
- Working with other CSO personnel to deliver an optimum service to your account.
- Holding annual service level reviews with assigned Customers
- Meeting performance targets including revenue, credit control, interactions etc.
- Ensuring internal record keeping and reporting systems are kept up to date.
- Working with team members to develop and undertake marketing campaigns.
- Maintaining positive relationships with existing Customers with a view to providing future case studies /reference visits
The right person for this role will have a deep interest in developing and maintaining positive relationships with senior personnel and business owners while identifying potential opportunities.
Skills and Abilities
A person that has some of the following skills and abilities would be at a distinct advantage:
- A systematic approach to work with a “can do” attitude
- Must demonstrate initiative, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly empathetic manner
- Ability to work under pressure and manage customer experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or an Accounting Qualification or Sales / Marketing qualification
- A minimum of 2 years commercial Sales/ Customer experience
- Strong understanding of IQ
- Proven track record of achieving targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong & broad practical knowledge of Accounting Software
- Full Clean Drivers Licence
