To provide sales administration support to the Sales team and act as an interface between Sales and other departments, including Operations and Finance, to ensure the smooth operation of sales with our customers globally.
Sales Order Processing
Daily sales order processing of all orders received from Sales
Salesforce.Asset Management in Halo
Preparing all necessary paperwork for shipping of products including engagement with couriers
Liaising with customers regarding shipping updates, invoices, credit notes
Taking credit card payments over the phone and checking BACS payments with Finance team
Sending out software links to new customers
Processing and shipping of trial agreements
Responsibility Area 3: Ad-Hoc Responsibilities
Adding and updating products on Salesforce
Knowledge of and ability to use Sage, Salesforce.com, Halo and MS Office
