12 months Day Rate Contract role Inside IR35

Predominantly Remote with some Office attendance in Greater London

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Our global software solutions and IT services division is expanding. You will work in a newly established CRM Operations Team supporting our marketing activities for 20+ European countries.

As a Campaign Specialist, you’ll operate in a fast-moving and challenging environment within an international team of experienced, best-in-class professionals building, testing, and launching our multi-channel marketing campaigns in the Adobe Campaign platform.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

The Campaign Specialist is responsible for creating email marketing campaigns following industry best practices. You’ll set up requested personalisation and segmentation rules, optimise and execute marketing communications, and create KPI reports that evaluate campaign effectiveness to help improve and evolve performance.

We are always keen to push industry boundaries and work with the most innovative technologies, so a willingness to learn is crucial. The successful candidate should have strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

We expect you’ll be a detail-oriented individual able to work with a high degree of accuracy, as you will be preparing high-volume campaigns and performing quality assurance to ensure all customers receive a high-quality message.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

HOURS OF WORK:

37.5 hour week. Some weekend and evening work may be required for emergencies and projects.
