Overview

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority's growing legal team in the North West of England who are looking to hire an adult-care solicitor on a 6 month rolling contract to cover a round of permanent recruitment.

This post will involve irregular in-person advocacy for non-contested hearings - the rest of the position can be done on a fully remote basis.

Responsibilities

  • Drafting s21As and s16s
  • Handling a full caseload of C-DOLS autonomously
  • Some in-person advocacy for non-contested hearings as required
  • Work within a local authority setting

Qualifications

  • Prior experience conducting your own advocacy
  • Prior experience working within a local authority setting
