A reputable Local Authority is seeking an experienced Locum Adult Social Care Solicitor to join its legal services team on an interim basis. • Job Title: Locum Adult Social Care Solicitor
• Location: Fully Remote
• Rate: £65.00+ per hour
• Contract Length: Initial 3 months, with a strong likelihood of extension
• Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality legal advice and representation on adult social care matters, including Court of Protection, safeguarding, and the Mental Capacity Act.
• Manage a varied caseload independently and efficiently.
• Draft legal documents, attend virtual hearings, and liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive (England & Wales).
• Demonstrable experience in adult social care law, ideally within a local government setting.
• Strong working knowledge of relevant legislation and procedures.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
