First Agency Direct LTD is a well-established Dental Nurse Agency , operating across the UK since 2017. We are looking to recruit dental nurses in your area. This exciting opportunity has arisen due to growth and expansion of First Agency Direct Ltd becoming a nationwide Dental Nurse Agency. We are lucky to have an energised and motivated workforce, providing excellent patient care and saving the day when a practice is short staffed.

REQUIREMENTS

-Reliability – As our ethos at First Agency Direct Ltd is to provide the best customer service to our clients and to be the leading dental agency in the UK, our nurses must be exceptionally reliable and very committed to the role

-Timekeeping – good timekeeping is essential to avoid disruption to our clients

-Must be able to drive and willing to travel – as an agency nurse you will be required to travel

DUTIES

You will be required to travel to our client sites (dental practices) and perform your duties as a dental nurse. Your role as a dental agency nurse means you are there to assist the practice in any way the client sees fit, so you must be adaptable to the needs of the client and the way the practice functions. This is why a high salary is offered for this role. You will work with a lot of different healthcare professionals, so you must be a sociable person and enjoy communicating and working with lots of different people, whilst always maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

You will be required to travel for this role, using your own vehicle.

Personal organisational skills are essential for this role, as you will be responsible for planning your journeys effectively to arrive at the practice with time to spare, and making sure you take care of your uniform and to keep your vehicle in a good condition.

BENEFITS

- Choice of employed contracts- you do not need to do your own taxes with this agency!

Zero hours with a wage of £18.30ph - minimum 3 days per week (Mon - Fri). We do not offer weekend work only.

After being with the company for over three months we will give you the opportunity to go onto a salaried contract - if you complete the probationary period to the agency satisfaction

Opportunity for you to be paid £20ph for any specialist nursing.

-Opportunity for weekend and bank holiday work; weekends paid at £25 ph and bank holidays paid at £30 ph

-Full time/part time working arrangements available

-Mileage paid at 45pm

-Uniform provided

-EDBS check completed on your first day

-Bookings in advance – you will know where you’re going ahead of time

-£100 sign up bonus, paid on completion of your first month in the business.

-28 days annual leave entitlement including bank holidays and public holidays.

-GDC and Medical Indemnity reimbursed

- Core CPD Training Paid For and provided Cross Infection, CPR and Medical Emergencies as well as Safeguarding Adult and Childrens Levels 1& 2

- Staff Days Out

QUALIFICATIONS

-Valid GDC registration

-Valid UK driving licence

-Valid UK Qualification in Dental Nursing

-Eligibility to work in the UK

-The following CPD up to date; CPR, Medical Emergencies, First Aid Training, Mental Capacity Act, Decontamination & Infection Control, Oral Cancer, Sepsis Training, Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable Adults levels 1 & 2, Modern Slavery, Legal and Ethical Issues, Complaints Handling, Radiography and COVID 19 Awareness, radiography IRMER.
