Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum + up to 25% bonus opportunity (£62,500 OTE)

Location: Remote - With frequent travel to London

About The Role

At GIG Retail, we help retailers and brands connect with customers in smarter, more meaningful ways. We’re on a mission to drive what’s next in retail media - We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Agency Sales Manager to join our team. You’ll take the lead in developing strong relationships with media agencies, specialists, and prospective clients, driving new business, and managing existing bookings from start to finish.

This is a varied, fast-paced role involving travel across London to meet clients and agencies face-to-face, alongside virtual meetings and internal collaboration. You’ll play a key role in securing bookings, managing campaigns, and delivering results.

You’ll be a confident communicator with a proven track record in agency sales or media sales. You excel at building rapport, spotting opportunities, and driving results in a target-driven environment.
