Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end product delivery from planning to release, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes aligned with the product roadmap.
- Facilitate, govern, and guide planning sessions and workshops for product discovery or initiation.
- Support product teams in prioritization and estimation of product features using techniques such as RICE and KANO.
- Manage dependencies across squads to ensure smooth and timely progress on product deliverables.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and chapter leads to plan and execute product releases; support pre- and post-release activities, including L2 support alignment.
- Strengthen process agility and optimize tools to reduce time to market and enable faster deployments to production; ensure frequent releases for continuous customer feedback and iteration.
- Maintain quality standards by tracking defect metrics such as leakage and defect aging.
- Identify and mitigate risks, address impediments, and escalate issues as required.
- Track and report key metrics and OKRs (velocity, lead time, cycle time, predictability) and use data-driven insights to identify bottlenecks and improvement areas.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to review product performance metrics (customer satisfaction, adoption, product KPIs) and align development efforts with business outcomes.
- Create dashboards and reports to provide visibility into product progress for stakeholders and leadership.
- Guide teams in adopting Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models) and coach cross-functional teams to embed Agile mindsets that drive adaptability and innovation.
- Act as a catalyst for organizational change, ensuring effective Agile ceremonies and fostering a culture of inspect-and-adapt and continuous improvement.
- Foster a psychologically safe environment, promote accountability and self-organization, and encourage innovation and continuous learning.
- Partner with Product Owners to ensure delivery aligns with product vision and business strategy; participate in backlog prioritization to maximize value; identify stakeholders and manage expectations.
