Job Description:
Aventis is excited to partner with a leading technology firm to create a cutting-edge AI Innovation Team. We’re looking for a pair of dynamic AI & data-focused Business Analysts to join this rapidly growing division. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in both presales and technical delivery, helping clients implement AI and machine learning solutions that solve real-world business challenges and drive digital transformation.
- Location: Remote-based with London HQ
- Future Growth: You will be part of an emerging division, working closely with the leadership team to drive AI adoption across industries. As this grows, we'll be looking to promote people internally when possible.
Key Skills, Attributes, and Technologies Desired:
- AI & ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning and AI frameworks, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
- Consulting/Sales/Presales Expertise: Proven ability to engage with clients or senior stakeholders, providing expert advice during presales stages, gathering requirements, and designing AI-driven solutions.
- Technical Delivery: Experience in the technical implementation of AI solutions, from proof-of-concept to full deployment.
- Cloud Computing: Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI solutions, including familiarity with data platforms like BigQuery, Databricks or Snowflake.
- Business Acumen: Ability to translate technical AI concepts into clear business outcomes, advising clients on strategies to harness AI for growth.
- Data Expertise: Strong knowledge of data analysis, data engineering, and working with large-scale datasets using data visualisation tools like Power BI.
- Predictive Analytics & Insights: Ability to develop or work alongside predictive models and extract actionable business insights from complex datasets.
- Collaboration Skills: Experience working in multidisciplinary teams, including data engineers, product managers, and client stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Logical approach to identifying business problems and applying AI solutions that bring measurable value.
- DevOps & CI/CD Tools: Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Docker, and Terraform for efficient delivery and automation of AI solutions.
