Their digital AI agents provide always-on, intelligent insights, empowering top-tier clients across sectors including asset management, banking, retail, telecoms, supply chain, and utilities to dramatically enhance performance and efficiency.
The Role
As an AI Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing and deploying bespoke AI agents in collaboration with leading enterprises. This isn’t your typical data science position – it’s deeply technical, highly collaborative, and focused on delivering real-world impact. You’ll help translate complex business challenges into intelligent, scalable solutions powered by cutting-edge AI tools.
The Candidate
Key attributes of the suitable AI Engineer include:
- Strong Data Science Foundations – bring solid grounding in statistics and machine learning, along with strong programming skills – Python preferred. Bonus points if you have exposure to MLOps tools and workflows.
- Passion for Cutting-Edge AI – You actively experiment with and apply modern AI technologies such as LLMs, RAGs, co-pilots, agentic workflows, and more. You’re always curious and ahead of the curve.
- Client-Centric Problem Solver – You’re confident engaging with clients and stakeholders, able to translate complex business problems into elegant, scalable AI solutions. You’ve played a hands-on role in architecting and delivering real-world deployments.
Pay and Location
Base pay range: £60,000-£85,000 DOE + Share Options. Location: London/Hybrid.
