Sharp Consultancy is delighted to be working with a market-leading organisation based in Hull in their search for an Alliance Auditor. This role offers a hybrid between industry and practice, making it an ideal first move for someone finishing or recently completing their ACA or ACCA studies.
Our client has a strong focus on commercial and contract settings with close ties to the rail industry. They are committed to ensuring contracts, costs, and partnerships are managed effectively from planning through to delivery. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with clients and project partners to keep projects on track and identify areas for improvement.
This is a newly created role that combines audit responsibilities with business partnering, financial analysis, and risk management—perfect for an emerging auditor seeking to broaden their commercial skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform statutory, compliance, and internal audits of financial statements and accounts
- Business partner with senior management and department heads to communicate audit findings
- Support testing of internal financial controls
- Analyze financial data to support board-level decision-making
- Assist in identifying financial risks
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to SLT
What’s on Offer:
- Salary up to £50,000

Person Specification:
- ACA / ACCA Studier or Qualified
- Strong audit background
