Summary

FM BioEnergy provides a range of services to help operators of anaerobic digestion plants gain more control of the process and increase methane yields in order to improve the return on investment.

We have taken our knowledge of livestock nutrition and built on this by partnering with Schaumann BioEnergy, the German market leaders in biogas optimisation and process efficiency. We work across both waste and agricultural plants and our client base generatesover 35% of the UK'sAD biogas output.

The AD BD Manager will develop and grow trading opportunities for feedstock supplies and value added products into the AD sector on a national basis, monitoring agreed trading positions and volume levels. With a particular emphasis upon delivering increased opportunities for developing and expanding feedstock sales across the UK (for both Farm and Waste plants), the AD BD Manager will work closely with FM BioEnergy, CirQlar and FF colleagues to ensure cross-selling opportunities are maximised. Grow the pool of suppliers of feedstocks to the AD industry and co-procure with the animal feed team where appropriate.

About ForFarmers

Do you ever stop to wonder where your Sunday morning poached egg came from? Or the milk in your cafè latte? Or what about the sausage and bacon served with full English? It will come as no surprise to you that the animals which produce these products need to eat themselves too. And that’s where ForFarmers comes into the equation.

ForFarmers produces feed for cattle, pigs and poultry in both conventional and organic livestock farming. And that probably sounds a great deal simpler than it actually is. Make no mistake: an awful lot of knowledge, research and innovation has gone into one of those seemingly simple-looking chunks of animal feed. And these are the kind of things we, as a company, invest a great deal in.
