Analyst - Cardiff. Join a leading utilities company that champions innovation and service excellence. At Icosa Water, part of Last Mile Asset Management, we take pride in delivering high-quality solutions across the multi-utility sector. Our Cardiff team is growing, and we're excited to welcome a talented Analyst to join us. As an Analyst, you will report to the Retail and Customer Services Manager and play a key part in delivering insightful financial and non-financial analysis. You'll help maintain accurate records, support data-driven decision-making, and contribute to operational excellence across our utility projects.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, identify trends, and support operational needs.
• Develop and maintain data collection, aggregation, and reporting procedures, including processes related to customer metering and procurement of water services.
• Produce clear, actionable reports and dashboards for stakeholders, providing regular KPI updates and insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs, support account migrations, and deliver solutions that enable accurate and timely billing.
• Use data insights to support strategic planning, process improvements, and operational efficiency across the business.

Qualifications

• Essential: Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Essential: Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Desirable: Graduate qualification (preferably in Economics or Accounts).
• Desirable: Experience in the utilities sector.
• Desirable: Experience in using Dynamics 365.
