Analytics Consultant

Who We Are:
Our company has a vision to change people’s mood for the better. And our mission is to be a fast moving, highly efficient, tech services company that engages people, partners & players and gives them great experiences.
We work with a range of global client brands - are we are in “scale up” mode, hiring the best and most highly motivated, fast working, bureaucracy hating, “I want to win but I’m not afraid to fail…”, team players. We provide B2B support services to multiple technology and gaming partners, we believe in the free market, and want to hear from the best of the best.
Role Summary:
We’re looking for a commercially focused Analytics Consultant to lead the analytics agenda for our Social Casino business unit. This is not a pure dashboarding role — the data foundations are already in place. Your primary job is to turn data into direction, uncover opportunities, and drive measurable impact across CRM, marketing, product, and customer value.
You’ll work as an embedded partner within the Social Casino business and act as the go-to voice for analytics. While we have a central reporting team, we expect you to build your own Tableau dashboards and analytical tools where needed — especially when uncovering insights, developing hypotheses, or supporting rapid decision-making.
Reporting to the Head of BI & Analytics, you'll work as an embedded partner in the business with a clear focus on impact, clarity, and speed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the analytics lead for Social Casino, driving commercial insight and strategic initiatives.
- Build and maintain Tableau dashboards to support your analyses and communicate insights clearly. Ownership may eventually pass to the reporting team — but you’ll own the first draft.
- Translate ambiguous business questions into clear, structured analysis with data-backed recommendations.
- Develop actionable customer segmentations, clustering models, and behavioral frameworks to inform targeting, rewards, and CRM activity.
- Use predictive models to support planning around churn, reactivation, and customer value.
- Challenge assumptions and push for data-informed decisions across lifecycle marketing, game design, monetization, and retention.
- Deliver strategic insights through Tableau and stakeholder sessions — with clear narrative, visuals, and confidence.
- Maintain tight alignment with the central BI & engineering teams, but focus your time on business-facing delivery.
- Keep documentation, QA, and training materials in order —you own the trust in the numbers.
- Prioritize ruthlessly: support what's urgent without losing sight of what’s strategic.
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 2 in a senior or business-facing capacity.
- Experience in social casino, sweepstakes, or free-to-play environments preferred.
- Proven ability to influence strategy through data — not just run analysis.
- Strong SQL skills and minimum 3 years of Tableau experience, including dashboard design, interactivity, and visual best practices.
- Hands-on experience building and interpreting customer segmentations, clustering models, and behavioral analyses.
- Excellent communicator: able to explain technical findings to commercial teams, and commercial strategy to technical teams.
- Comfortable in agile environments — willing to pivot, but able to stay focused.
- A strong point of view — you’re confident enough to challenge, humble enough to be challenged.
- Experience working in gaming or other high-frequency consumer products is a bonus.
You won’t just run analysis — you’ll help shape the business. You’ll own the Social Casino analytics stream, sitting close to the decision-makers, driving clarity, and influencing outcomes. You’ll build your own tools and dashboards when needed, but always with an eye on business value over technical complexity.
This is a role for someone who wants to move fast, think commercially, and see their work drive action.
Other:
- You are detail focused but able to see the “big picture”, you can remove barriers, and move forward at pace.
- Encourages communication and collaboration across the business, team and stakeholders in order to build strong relationships and develop cross functional working. A trusted advisor who always delivers on promises.
- Work independently, take appropriate responsibility for actions and make sensible decisions.
- Be self motivated as you will encounter many challenges and opportunities.
Why Join Us:
- Be part of a fast-growing, innovative company with a clear vision and mission.
- Work in a dynamic, collaborative environment that values speed, clarity, and decisiveness.
- Take ownership of a critical role with the opportunity to make a significant impact on the business.
- Join a team of highly motivated, talented professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional experiences.
