Overview

Senior Application Support Analyst to join a leading Financial Services company. This position is hybrid in London with a focus on Payments Application Support. The posted base pay range is provided by Harrington Starr; actual pay will be based on skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on application support in a Windows environment with exposure to UNIX/LINUX.
• Work with MSSQL, Oracle or Sybase database environments (essential).
• Utilise scripting languages (Python, PowerShell or Bash preferred).
• Develop a strong understanding of Payments processing; FX knowledge is a bonus.
• Collaborate with Front Office support teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with MSSQL, Oracle or Sybase databases.
• Hands-on scripting experience (Python, PowerShell or Bash preferred).
• Good understanding of Payments; FX knowledge is a bonus.
• Experience in a Windows environment and exposure to UNIX/LINUX.
• Experience with Front Office Support.
