Job Role: Application Developer (MERN)

Rate: £ 400/day to £500/day (Outside IR35)

Our client is a leading figurehead in the UK food sector, with an unparalleled pedigree dating back to the early 18th century.

Responsibilities

• Test applications for performance and functionality.
• Collaborate with other developers on projects and work alongside development members and business partners to develop microservices.
• Drive the development of web applications using the MERN stack.

Qualifications

• Advanced skills in JavaScript (NodeJS ES6) technologies.
• Senior development experience using MERN framework for web application development.
• Unit testing with React Testing Library / Jest and E2E test automation with Cypress.
• Experience in refactoring legacy applications into modern, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Familiarity with release procedures, coding design and documentation.

Additional Information

Candidates who are currently an Application Developer, Software Engineer, Software Developer, Web Developer, Application Engineer and IT Software Engineer could be suitable for this role.
