Level 4 Tax Technician Apprenticeship – Global Tax Pathway (Early Careers Programme)

Curious about tax, global mobility, and the world of international business? Join our brand-new Early Careers Programme as an Apprentice on our Global Tax Pathway, where you’ll build a career with global reach from day one.

About the Programme

Our two-year rotational programme is designed to shape you into a well-rounded, agile global mobility tax professional. You’ll rotate through six different teams, getting deep insight and experience in:

Tax-focused rotations

• Supporting personal tax and social security planning
• Helping clients stay compliant across global jurisdictions
• Advising on global payroll implementation
• Planning and managing equity-based reward programmes

People advisory rotations

• Writing remote work and travel tracking policies
• Implementing tech to help track short-term business visitors

No two days are ever the same — expect hands-on experience with real-world business problems and global clients.

What You’ll Learn & Do

As a Global Tax Pathway apprentice, you’ll study for a Level 4 Taxation Technician Apprenticeship, gaining a professional ATT qualification alongside vital on-the-job learning.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Supporting clients on international personal tax and social security matters
• Advising on global equity strategy and compliance
• Preparing cost estimates, tax projections, and assignment documentation
• Acting as a point of contact for mobile employees and senior leaders
• Using tech and automation to improve efficiency and experience
• Conducting research on tax regulations and mobility trends
• Working with colleagues across teams to ensure seamless delivery

You’ll have plenty of support, including your own buddy, line manager, programme manager, and a Talent Coach from our learning provider.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for bright, motivated individuals who are eager to learn, contribute, and grow. You don’t need any prior work experience — just curiosity, energy, and a collaborative mindset.

You’ll need:

• 96 UCAS points from up to three A-Levels (or equivalent)
• Grade C/4 or above in GCSE English Language and Maths
• Strong numeracy and communication skills
• A hands-on, can-do attitude and a love of problem-solving
• Confidence working in a team and meeting deadlines
