Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 (pro rata) + well-being cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits

Hours: 37 per week, full time

Contract: Fixed term until August 2027

Location: This role is home-based/remote working with nationwide travel when required.

Lift Schools is seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Digital and IT Apprenticeship Trainer to join our team on a two-year fixed-term basis. In this role, you will deliver the Digital and IT Standard Apprenticeship, helping learners gain essential skills for today’s digital world.

Our curriculum aims to prepare support staff in education with the knowledge, skills, and understanding to excel in their roles, maximizing their impact on schools and pupils.

You will work with Lift Schools and external employers to deliver apprenticeships such as IT Solution Technician and Digital and AI Champion, with opportunities to work on other programmes like Operations Manager, Business Admin, IT, and Coaching depending on your qualifications and experience.

Your responsibilities include delivering apprenticeship programmes, conducting reviews, recording progress, and preparing learners for End Point Assessment and qualification achievement.
