Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit planning drawings and documentation
• Develop planning schemes to detailed construction drawings
• Carry out site visits and ensure technical compliance
• Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages

Requirements

• Degree in Architectural Technology
• Significant post-qualification experience in a UK practice
• Experience in project management is essential
• Proficiency with Revit
• Experience across various sectors
• Knowledge of UK building regulations and planning frameworks
• Strong technical and drawing skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to Manchester
