This role requires at least three years of business development experience in FX & CFDs and an additional two years of experience managing a team of BDMs and marketing strategies.
Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to grow market share and revenue.

# Provide regular reports and insights on market trends, competition, and performance metrics.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
# Minimum 3 years of business development experience in the FX & CFDs industry.
# Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, and brokerage operations.
# Proven expertise in P&L management, strategic planning, and market expansion.
# Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a strong business acumen.
# Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and marketing analytics tools.
# Multilingual proficiency is a plus, especially in languages relevant to the market.
