Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets within your designated area.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction sector.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Required Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in sales, preferably in the building materials sector.
- Experience with Facade Products.
- Architectural specification sales experience and sales presentation skills.
- Relationship management with specifiers (architects, M&E consultants) and contractors.
- Strong understanding of the North East and Scotland market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
