Overview
Join to apply for the Area Sales Manager role at ADI Global Distribution. This position covers the South of the UK (excluding London) and focuses on providing Snap One products and services to Smart Home, Audio Visual, and CI Integrators. The role requires a technical and relationship sales background, strong business acumen, and excellent presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage Integration Partners across the region; drive awareness of Snap One’s product and service portfolio; oversee key accounts and regulate the quantity and quality of partners in the region.
- Identify and develop new prospects, generate product interest, and expand category penetration within the existing customer base.
- Communicate and collaborate with both technical and business leaders.
- Demonstrate strong sales capabilities, including qualifying, overcoming objections, and closing sales.
- Sell an evolving and expanding portfolio of products.
- Train distributors, partners, and staff on Snap One products.
- Maintain effective internal communication regarding customers, products, and services to maximize sales growth.
- Ensure continued customer satisfaction and follow up with company resources to ensure after-sales support.
- Maintain professionalism and focus during conflict resolution.
- Multi-task and self-manage day-to-day scheduling.
- Understand the technical functionality of Snap One equipment.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Sales experience within the Smart Home, Audio Visual, or Custom Integration sector.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Proven track record of business results.
- Problem-solving and strong client/executive relationship management abilities.
- Strategic thinking and decision-making based on research and analysis.
- Fluent English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Willing to travel 50% of the time.
- Full UK driving license.
