The role drives programmes through Continuous Service Improvement (CSI), redesign, and helps build requirements for AI-powered solutions. You will establish and maintain relationships with partners & directors across the business to identify future opportunities for AI solutions and realise the benefits and outcomes. You will be supported by a diverse team of technologists across locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI Discovery: Proactively identify and assess AI opportunities, conduct thorough analyses to determine feasibility and potential benefits, focusing on driving business value and efficiency.
- Solution Design & Development: Create detailed requirement documentation and define requirements for AI solutions, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and developers.
- Stakeholder Management & Change Implementation: Manage stakeholder engagement, lead change management activities, including training, to ensure smooth adoption of AI solutions.
- Project Management: Oversee all aspects of AI projects, including deadlines, responsibilities, risks, issues, and coordinating testing with operations and technology teams.
- Relationship Building & Continuous Improvement: Cultivate strong relationships with business partners to identify and pursue future AI opportunities.
Essential qualifications
- Process Design & Analysis: Experience in process design with tools like Visio, process mapping, and task capture; evaluating business processes for technology suitability (e.g., NLP, GenAI, ML); writing test scenarios and creating test data.
- AI Expertise: Proven success delivering AI-based solutions; understanding of AI, prompt engineering and data science to optimise AI solutions.
- Analytical skills: Ability to define clear, actionable requirements for AI solutions and align with business objectives.
- Project & Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; senior stakeholder experience; offshore team experience; BA or PM certification; testing lifecycle support.
- Problem-Solving & CSI: Strong problem-solving skills with CSI experience to enhance solution effectiveness and proactively address issues.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent presentation, influencing, and documentation skills; ability to evangelise AI benefits to stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelors or Masters in Data Science or Artificial Intelligence (or equivalent).
