We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Asset Compliance Contract Manager (Electrics) to lead on electrical compliance across our extensive portfolio of over 50,000 properties.

As our subject matter expert in electrical compliance, you’ll manage key service contracts, support a high-performing team, and play a pivotal role in both business-as-usual and strategic recovery work. This is an exciting opportunity to lead contractor performance, shape project delivery, and support the long-term safety and functionality of our buildings.

You’ll oversee areas including:

• Electrical compliance and remedial works (e.g., EICRs, voids, maintenance)
• Contractor and project management across multiple frameworks
• Performance reporting to senior leadership teams
• Supporting audits, inspections, and compliance reviews
• Advising on asset investment and specifications for future service contracts

What we’re looking for
We want someone with a strong contractor or housing background who brings technical knowledge, leadership, and a commitment to safety and compliance.

Key experience and qualifications include:

• Proven background in electrical compliance (EICR, servicing, remedials)
• Experience managing contractors and projects across dispersed property portfolios
• Sound knowledge of compliance standards and regulations (Electricity at Work Regs, H&S legislation)
• Level 3 Electrical Installation (City & Guilds 2365) minimum, ideally with 2391/2396 Inspection & Testing/Design
• NEBOSH, Fire Safety, or emergency lighting experience is a bonus
