Are you ready to take your finance career to the next level? A dynamic and expanding brokerage is looking for a Finance Broker to join their team. Specialising in Asset Finance, Invoice Finance, Unsecured Business Loans, and Property Finance, the company offers a network of warm leads and established introducers. This role offers a salary package with a basic of 30,000 (negotiable) and the potential to earn 60,000 in the first year, with the possibility of exceeding 100,000 by the second year. There is a hybrid working model with four days in the office and one from home (rising to two days after a year of service). The team environment supports growth and success.

If you have family commitments, the 09:00-17:00 schedule can be flexible to support nursery and school pickups.

Responsibilities

• Advise SMEs and HNW clients on bespoke finance solutions.
• Manage and convert warm inbound leads from the introducer network.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, introducers, and clients.
• Stay informed on market trends and product innovations.
• Adopt a consultative approach to meet revenue targets.

Ideal Candidate

• At least 1 year of experience as a Finance Broker or Sales Person within a Lender.
• Strong understanding of commercial lending products.
• An existing network of introducers is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in revenue generation and deal conversion.
• A resilient and ambitious mindset.
