Assistant Estimator

Willmott Dixon are currently recruiting for an Assistant Estimator to join our Yorkshire region, based out of the Morley office 3 days per week and from home 2 days per week.

We deliver projects ranging in value from £10m to £90m across a range of sectors, including Education, Leisure, transport, Blue Light, Commercia and Health. This is an exciting time to join our growing Northern construction business that continues to secure flagship projects and is driven by sustainable growth.


As an Assistant Estimator you will ensure the service and standards we provide place customer value at the forefront of delivering a perfect product. Supporting with calculating the build cost for our customers, ensuring we deliver the right net cost, on time, and to the highest quality for cost accuracy.

You will collaborate with our wider preconstruction team and supply chain partners to ensure that we provide an accurate cost in line with the customer’s requirements, project scope and current legislation.
