About the role
- Support in-house pensions teams
- Assist with project management of pension schemes and specific projects
- Contribute to pension scheme governance to ensure compliance
- Monitor scheme business plan adherence and address deviations
- Support client pension management projects, such as adviser review projects
About you
- Willingness to develop technical knowledge of pension legislation, regulations, and compliance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint; ability to learn bespoke systems
- Attainment of the Pensions Regulator's Trustee Toolkit
- Working towards or having completed relevant professional qualifications (e.g., APMI, FPMI)
- Experience with new business activities, including pitches, networking, and industry events
