Responsibilities

• Support the team manager by supervising staff and efficiently managing caseloads.
• Maintain oversight of service delivery to meet key performance indicators.
• Engage with customers and ensure the delivery of complex and essential services.
• Lead the development and implementation of specific policies and procedures.
• Promote early intervention and strong assessment practices to enhance service quality.
• Drive reflective practice within the team and manage performance effectively.
• Carry a limited caseload of complex cases, ensuring accountability to the team manager.
