Associate Dentist – St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex, to recruit a Private Associate Dentist on a permanent basis.

• Independently owned practice.
• Available as soon as possible, considering notice periods.
• Part-time opportunity with flexible days/hours.
• Surgery space Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5.30 pm, with a 60-minute lunch.
• Practice profile: 40% NHS / 60% Private.
• 50% private fee split.
• Significant scope for private treatments, including Invisalign, Whitening, Implants, and Smile Design.
• The practice has not accepted new NHS patients since 2019; all new patients are private.
• Up to 5000 UDAs available at £14.50 per UDA.
• The dentist will manage an existing list of NHS, Practice Plan, and Fee Per Item patients.
• Full clinical freedom is provided to associates.
• The practice offers Short Term Orthodontics, Implants, Cosmetic Dentistry, and Endodontics; additional skills are welcome.
• 3-surgery dental practice, computerised with Pearl software.
• All surgeries are air-conditioned and equipped with a CBCT 3D Scanner, Digital X-rays, Rotary Endo, and Microscopes.
• Access to iTero Scanner for Invisalign and restorative procedures.
• Implant and Endodontic referrals are available internally and externally.
• Current team includes a Principal Dentist, Treatment Coordinator, 2 hygienists, and a visiting Implantologist.
• Free street parking at Warrior Square; the nearest train station is St Leonards Warrior Square, less than 5 minutes walk.

All candidates must be registered with the GDC, hold an active performer number, and provide a recent DBS certificate upon request.
